3. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We accept your order when you receive an order confirmation email, forming a legally binding contract.
All orders are subject to availability and payment verification. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.
To exercise this right, contact us at contact@deepskiprotection.com before the withdrawal period expires. You then have another 14 days to return the goods.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging unless the product was defective upon delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of shipment.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish kronor) and include applicable VAT (moms). Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed before checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes do not affect confirmed orders.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the total order amount (including taxes and shipping). Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, and no later than 30 days after confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or other events outside our control. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you only when you or your designated person physically receives them. If goods are damaged or lost before that point, we are responsible.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect.

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by Deepski Jämtland AB or our partners and protected by copyright and trademark law.

Our store is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with Deepski Jämtland AB, not with Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any issues arising from your transactions with us.
