Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This includes your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU and Swedish consumer law.
Return shipping is free of charge.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You are allowed to handle and inspect the product to determine its nature, characteristics, and function — just as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used more than necessary for such inspection, we may make a deduction from your refund to account for any loss in value.

For your convenience, we include a pre-printed return shipping label with your order. Please use this label when sending your return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item is faulty or sent in error, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Claims and Warranty
If your item develops a fault or defect, you have the right to make a claim within 3 years of receiving the product, in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).
Please contact us at order@deepskiprotection.com with a description of the issue, photos if possible, and proof of purchase. We’ll assess your claim and help you repair, replace, or refund your item as appropriate.
Spare Lenses
We offer spare lenses if your lens becomes damaged.
If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, we will provide a replacement lens free of charge.
If the damage is caused by misuse, accidents, or other reasons not covered under warranty, spare lenses can be purchased separately.

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Sale items can be returned in accordance with your right of withdrawal and this return policy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a new purchase once your return is accepted.
We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive your returned item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Under EU law, refunds will always be made within 14 days of us receiving the goods or proof that they’ve been shipped back — whichever occurs first.
Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
